The Town of Frontier

The town of Frontier is one of the larger settlements in the mainland of the Northern Territory, eclipsed only by Fort Dauntless on the coast. Frontier began as a Company town, more a staging point for miners or surveyors than as an actual town. For the longest time, it’s population was transient, coming and going as the Company sent them, and for many months of the year, the settlement was little more than abandoned. In the last two decades, however, people have flooded north to find their fortunes, and Frontier has grown to accommodate. It now boasts a hotel, a hardware store, a grocer, a bar and distillery, several company stores, warehouses and several dozen permanent residents. A railway now connects Frontier to Kuuvik to the south, making Frontier the furthest point north reachable by train. Frontier is also home to one of the central Nordguard stations.

The Maguruk

They raid, hunt and feed on the flesh of other animals.
